The law office of James U. Ross has been engaged in providing estate planning and tax services since its inception in 1968. It has assisted many individuals from all walks of life and all ages realize their goals with respect to their tax and estate planning needs.
James Ross is an Attorney-CPA who is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and CPA. He received his B.A. and J.D. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
After graduating from law school, he worked for the Internal Revenue Service as an Estate Tax Attorney. He has also worked in public accounting and has been an Associate Professor of Tax Accounting at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has written numerous articles on estate planning and income taxation. His areas of practice include estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, income, estate and gift tax planning and creation of business entities.
